• Bug Report: Include the name of the tool (e.g., "One-Way ANOVA"), the exact input values you entered, the result you received, and what you expected instead. A screenshot is helpful but not required.
• Feature Request: Describe the statistical method or tool you would like added, the discipline or context where you need it, and how you would use it. We prioritise requests that appear multiple times from different users.
• Educational Feedback: Tell us your institution, the course you teach or study, and how you are using StatSolve Pro. We are always interested in understanding real-world educational use cases so we can improve the tool's pedagogical value.
• Calculation Question: Include your data, the tool you used, and a description of the result you are trying to interpret. Our team includes people with backgrounds in statistics, mathematics, and data science who can help clarify outputs.
• Privacy Inquiry: State clearly what data concern you have. Our privacy policy is our commitment — if something is unclear or you believe your data may have been handled incorrectly, we want to know immediately.

We aim to respond to all messages within 24–48 business hours. Bug reports affecting calculation accuracy are treated as high priority and are typically acknowledged within a few hours. Feature requests are reviewed weekly and compiled into our public roadmap. Privacy inquiries are addressed with the highest urgency — we commit to responding within 24 hours regardless of time zone.

We do not use automated responses or chatbots. Every reply you receive comes from a real person on the StatSolve Pro team. We read every message carefully, even if our response time is occasionally longer than we would like during periods of high volume. Your feedback genuinely shapes the development of this tool.
